Medication – Prior to treatment you will have a one-to-one consultation with a certified laser therapist who will assess your skin and discuss any medical conditions. We double check all medication with our professional laser provider and regulators to ensure you are eligible.

Tanned Skin – When the skin is tanned there is excess pigment on the surface of your skin which, the laser cannot determine if it is in your hair follicle or on the skin. We cannot treat skin that has been tanned naturally or artificially as this will cause significant burns and trauma to the skin.

White Hair – Unfortunately, laser hair removal does not work on white hairs. As the laser picks up on the pigment (melanin) of the hair follicle, the machine will not detect white hairs simply due to the lack of pigment. Therefore, we do not treat clients who wish to remove white hair with LHR.
